پهنه هنر و فرهنگ رودکي به عنوان تنها مجموعه هنري و فرهنگي شهر تهران با بيش از صد ها سال سابقه تاريخي و حضور مشاهير اين شهر امروزه به عنوان يکي از مهمترين نقاط گردشگري تهران مورد توجه قرار گرفته است و همين امر اين منطقه را از حيث پتاتانسيل هاي بالاقوه شهري و معماري مورد توجه قرار داده است ، شرکت npd   به توصيه شرکت توسعه فضاي فرهنگي شهر تهران سناريو گردشگري منسجمي را براي ارتقاأ خاصيت کشف و اکتشاف مخاطب نسبت به فضاهاي اين منطقه و افزايش اتمسفر حواس پنجگانه وي  طراحي و توسعه داد. مطابق اين سناريو گردشگري که بر اساس يکي از منظومه هاي شاعر و فيلسوف ايراني عطار نيشابوري طراحي شده است ، کاربر از دروازه اي احياء شده وارد مجموعه ميشود و با هفت وادي و هفت مفهوم اين شاعر فضاسازي مفهومي صورت گرفته که کاربر را ناخداگاه وادار به حضور در فضا و اکتشاف آن مينمايد.

در وادي اول دروازه قديم يوسف آباد که يکي از دروازه هاي مهم شهر تهران بوده است و امروزه تخريب شده باطراحي و با رويکردي مدرن اما ايراني بازنمايي شده است که بعنوان نقطه شروع اين اکتشاف فضايي خودنمايي مينمايد .

سپس به ترتيب پس از وادي طلب به وادي عشق ، معرفت ، استغناء ، توحيد ، حيرت و در نهايت فقرو فنا ميرسد که NPD  اين مفاهيم را به ترتيب در قالب دعوت کننده براي ورود ، شناخت مشاهير فرهنگي و هنري تهران ، فضاي متمرکز هنر بين الملل ، حس يگانگي فضا و عمق در مينيماليسم ، شگفتي در فضا سازي و اکتشاف به دليل دو گانگي ها و پارادوکس ها و در نهايت منظرگاهي که کل پهنه را ناگهان در يک قاب تصوير ميکند .

شرکت طرح و ساخت فرآيند بنيان يا همان NPD  براي نخستين بار به عنوان يک شرکت ايراني توانست مفاهيم غني شعر و فلسفه را براي توسعه فضايي شهري و اتمسفر ايراني به کارگيرد که پروژه پيش رو ميباشد .
